All residences include separate living rooms, full kitchens, washer/dryer, smart TVs, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, and grand terraces.
Our Venn Bar beachfront restaurant offers ocean inspired culinary delights and cool delicious drinks! Enjoy our outdoor saltwater pool and jacuzzi overlooking the beach. For breathtaking views, check out our rooftop Sunset and Sunrise Terraces. Or if it's action you need, head to our rooftop fitness center or Beacon Lounge game room, all overlooking our beautiful beach!

Parking information
Our Resort fee includes One parking space per residence, and two parking spaces for the 3-Bedroom Residence. Additional vehicles can be parked in our over-flow lots for $20, plus tax, per night.

As the newest property in Daytona Beach, the Max Beach Resort is wired up for the fastest, most up-to-date technology and Wi-Fi. Your guests will be able text, stream, call, all at once without any buffering or concerns. Our WiFi access is included with our Resort Fee.
Cleaning policies
Max Beach Resort operates like a vacation rental resort, with cleaning upon departure, or after your 5th night for extended stays. Guests that would like a room refresh, we offer stayover cleaning for a fee of $100, plus tax for a 1-, or 2-Bedroom, and $150, plus tax, for a 3-bedroom residence. Towels may be exchanged for a fee of $30, plus tax.
