The staff were by far the worst I've dealt with. When I wanted to ask for early check in the concierge don't answer the phone and finally day of tried to charge me to check in early without telling me there was a fee. The room was clean but there was a large gap in the door and we were across from the elevator. They said they would help then never came back. For breakfast, we waited 20 min for the hot bar and restocking (we got there at 8:45 and breakfast ends at 10). I couldn't find anyone around and walked to the kitchen to find someone. The two women were SO mad that I came to ask if they were bringing more food and yelled that they were short staffed. Then soon after we checked out we realized we left a few sodas in the room and wanted them back. The concierge promised to call us back twice and never did so we gave up. The room was clean but the patio was closed and we had planned to use the pool deck, we had light and sound come through our unsealed door and the service was awful. We will NOT be staying at a Hilton again (esp. this one) if we can avoid it. It was $170/night for poorer quality than a motel.
