The Four Seasons San Francisco has the grand, luxurious quality that one can expect from the Four Seasons brand all over the world. This particular property has a soothing, elegant style featuring lots of cream coloring, warm lighting, and charming art in the lobby and rooms. This hotel makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in, or rather up - the lobby is on the 7th floor, with all sleeping rooms being above that, giving the hotel the feeling of being suspended above the city. The large sleeping rooms are very soothing, but it was the bathrooms that really impressed me (great marble tubs and glass showers). Some groups will be disappointed to learn that the hotel is 95% single Kings, meaning that even with an added rollaway, quad occupancy is not possible. The hotel has a good location on Market street, a quick walk's away from Union Square. The hotel's single most impressive feature is their giant health club, which is actually a legitimate health club in the local community. It contains all of the equipment, aerobic classes, spin classes, and spa treatments one might expect, plus a small basketball court and a half-olympic size pool, all of which is free to guests. I am a fan of their on-site restaurant, mostly because of the sweeping views, and I would recommend to any group hosting a small meeting to do so in one of the restaurant's private rooms with a view - a great setting - rather than a conference room. In general, this property can be trusted to deliver 5 star service and luxury to any business or leisure group wanting only the top hotels in the city. They even drop their prices occasionally to compete with local four stars - so keep an eye out for the deals when they come in!

I had such a wonderful stay here! The customer service was impeccable! Everyone was so warm and helpful. I ate Christmas Eve dinner in the restaraunt and it was probably one of the best meals I have ever had! I would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to San Fran. You will not be disappointed!
