Everything, I experienced was five star, check in, guestroom, Food and beverage. One of the most friendly and helpful staff, I have ever encountered. And back in the day all the movie stars that came to hunt with the Champlain's, stayed at this hotel.

I NEEDED TO GET TO ELECTRICAL OUTLET AND LOOKED BEHIND TABLE AND HEADBOARD OF BED. DID NOT FIND "DUST BUNNIES" BUT A WHOLE DEN OF GROWN RABBITS. THE BED WAS TERRIBLE, PROBABLY ORIGINAL FROM WHEN FACILITY WAS BUILT. THE BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC, MY HATS OFF TO THE WOODEN NICKEL.

We have a full service restaurant and bar, we have a indoor pool with a hot tub and sauna, all of our rooms have refrigeratiors and microwave, 37 inch flat screen tv's, coffee makers, blowdryers,iron and ironing boards,we have a guest laundry with 2 coin opperated washers and 2 coin opperated dryers, we have vinding up front by lobby, and there is vending in the public laundry.
