For the price of the room and didn't get cleaned, it's a bit crazy. No water in soda machine throughout the whole hotel. The pub is the only reason to come back.

We have stayed at the Heritage a few times. We understand that it's an older building but it's always been clean. This time the bathroom had crumbs and hair on the floor and the ceiling fan in the bathroom looked like it was about to fall out. Most important for me tho was the beds were clean. Maybe have maintenance check the fan in the bathroom and give housekeepers the uncleanly bathroom report.
