The toilet tank was cracked,I was told there was a work order for it.The only day the cafe was stocked properly was Saturday and Sunday.When my wife asked for a tray she was told they weren't allowed to give them to guests.Not a good experience,next trip to that area we will stay somewhere else.

We had sinus problems from the overuse of room spray in 419. Was bad. Then this morning there weren't any eggs at all, not even boiled eggs. The salty sausage was cold and dried up. Not appealing. Hampton seems to have gone downhill and we are sad.

When we checked in KariAnne at desk was so welcoming. I talked about having tea and cookies. She brought us tea bags, hot water and cookies up to the room on her own. We didn't request it. She just did it. That is service. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Quiet and good pillows.

On 8/9/24, I booked a place online for 8/9 and at the payment screen the date jumped two days ahead and I got booked for the wrong night! When I called to cancel, they said it couldn't be changed. So we stayed in a different town. The next day I got an email for the right day after we already stayed somewhere else. So I paid for two nights that we never stayed at! It's crazy. Plus all the reps are not easy to understand because of outsourcing customer service to other countries.
