This was the first time my fiancé and I have done the staycation thing. I'd heard lots of good things about staycations at the Peppermill, but this was beyond my expectations! The room was perfect, the food was perfect and the SPA! OMG! My fiancé had never been to a spa and I've only been to two long ago. We got pedicures and facials. He's raving about how great Sarah was, how good his feet look and is already planning to come back every few months to get pampered and re set. My face and feet have never felt better! Whatever their anti aging process is, it WORKS. My skin has never looked better, it felt wonderful and Emily was born to be an aesthetician! AND! It didn't actually cost that much! Thank you Peppermill! Your services and staff made us very happy! We'll be back often!

We went to the Peppermill to get away and relax! Everything was very clean! The rooms are quiet! We went to the spa for a pedicure and a facial. It was so relaxing! All the employees that we ran into were very helpful and nice! We cannot wait to go back!

Our room was very big and the beds were super comfortable There was ample counter space in the bathroom. Multiple eating options and the mobile ahead order was very convenient. The cafe right outside the elevator also was very convenient with very little wait time for early morning coffee before tournament.

What a happy ending to what could have been a bad experience. Reservations were refunded in S Lake Tahoe due to construction in a well known hotel casino. Subsequently booked a room over the phone on our way to Reno. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Juliana at the reservation/check in desk. What a pleasure it was to have her help us. So friendly, kind and professional. Our room was upgraded when we told her it we were celebrating a special birthday. Thank you Juliana! The entire staff was so attentive, the wait time for room service was very quick and our stay was beyond our expectations! Holly, our waitress in Biscotti, was an absolute pleasure and that avocado toast was the best! We definitely will be returning for future special occasions. 10 out of 10 would recommend the Reno Peppermill!

My husband skis and I am slowly getting more mobile from a long illness so this was the perfect escape for us. The size and multiple restaurants and pools provide all kinds of diversions for guests. The people who waited on us in the restaurants and the people who cleaned our room were invariably friendly and helpful. The food and entertainment were excellent if too plentiful!

This was a fun secure place with many of my favorite machines to play on. The rooms were neat and clean. We loved the coffee pot as well. The property is beautiful and well maintained. I found the staff to be courteous, efficient and caring. The restaurants have delicious food and excellent service. The pools and hot tubs are clean and the water is maintained at a comfortable temperature. There is ample free parking. The cost is reasonable and the location is convenient to the airport and surrounding areas for day trips such as Virginia City or Lake Tahoe.

Right off the top the room has a perfume smell to it. not quite sure what it was. I/we could live with it. Came back from a long, hot day and ordered room service. I ordered Eggs over hard with ham steak, French Dip, and Grilled Ham and Cheese. $87.00. okay but the eggs were runny and the food itself tasted like cafeteria food. honestly. Try to go to sleep at 11:00pm Next door was extremely loud, yelling. I called the front desk and they said, "is this the first time you called" I said no but I waited three hrs to see if it would stop. IT never stopped until about 2:30 3:00. Then started back up at 5:00am.. So needless to say we did not sleep at all. On top of that the hotel room doors are so loud when they slam shut. There has to a better way. WE travel a lot and I never heard this before. not even close. The one Night stay was $425.00. ..Just a bit high dont you think? We stayed there back in 2019 and it was better but Never again. You cant get a seat at the pool, the food and Drinks are terribly expensive. Just over the top. I get the casinos need to make money but to just gauge people like that is terrible. I am Local and live in Minden. We had tournament to and other things to do so thought it would be nice to just stay and just cool off, but we so wish now we would have stayed home, So much more but what's the point.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious, clean and well decorated. Access to restaurants and entertainment was an elevator ride away. Although we had to leave unexpectedly due to an emergency back home, we were given a refund for the remainder of our scheduled stay. We will definitely be back when we can enjoy it!

This is a top shelf, class act resort! I couldn't find a single flaw. The welcoming employees, the pleasant atmosphere, beautiful, spacious clean room and many options for dining, all five star. The casino itself was huge with enough choices to keep one busy for a long time. The big screens, not only offering sports but also beautiful landscapes. Stunning! They do allow smoking but I was rarely aware of it.. Thank you Peppermill. And the cost of the room was reasonable from my perspective..
