I arrived earlier than check in time and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I travel with my service dog and was very tired. She noticed that the dog friendly rooms were available and checked me right in and got to my room. The room looked like it came out of a magazine. There is no doubt I will definitely stay here in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

I didn't make my flight out of RNO today due to weather and needed to get a hotel for the night. SureStay Plus is so very near and had a room. Nice and cozy, dinning room with very good food and staff is very helpful. Glad to have found it.
