My wife and I came to Wheeling for a concert. David at the front desk was extremely courteous and polite, arranging for an early check in due to our schedule of events. When I mentioned that we were going to Uber downtown, he explained that there was a shuttle on demand and they accommodated us throughout the day and evening. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not have the opportunity to utilize any other amenities the hotel had to offer. The hotel has breakfast and I enjoyed a tasty cheese omelette and bacon the following morning. If you are going to be in the Wheeling area, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at alot of Hampton Inn's. This is by far the nicest one. Very clean and put together. Staff at the front desk was polite and courteous. I've grown up around Wheeling and never expected a hotel to be fantastic. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend staying here.

Very clean facility. Breakfast service was done well. Friendly atmosphere with attentive service. Grateful for the excellent response and assistance to FedEx to our home a carry on bag that was left behind. Thank you.

Although only one night, our stay was very enjoyable. The continental breakfast was excellent, the coffee better than most hotels elsewhere. Desk clerk Steve Williams was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The hotel staff is sooo friendly! Kathy made me feel like a VIP when my daughters and I came to stay for the night after a business event! She was so nice! So was the other staff that helped us!
