My partner and I were stranded at O'Hare late Saturday due in part to mechanical problems with our plane from Boston. We received a hotel voucher which we couldn't use because the hotel lost power. A booking agent gave me information about Staybridge and we were able book a room and were picked up by a shuttle within minutes. Caring and competent staff checked us in and we were able to finally relax. We had a warm, comfortable and quiet night, ate a tasty breakfast before we were shuttled back to the airport to catch our plane. Thank you Staybridge!
