The hotel and employees were great. The casino had a wide selection of slots and games. But the casino could/would not exchange our money back to U.S. dollars even though they exchanged them for Canadian dollars(for a lot less than the rate). The food court was nice and good food. Ate in both restaurants, the casual and Cooper. The food was just ok, not worth the money paid. Plus we had 6:30pm reservations and they were out of Prime Rib! There menu was very small and only a couple appetizers. Very dissatisfied, but service was good. Hotel staff was good, security was good, BUT THERE WAS NO BELL BOYS OR LUGGAGE CARTS TO BE FOUND ANYWHERE. PEOPLE WERE COMPLAINING BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF CARTS AND HELP WITH LUGGAGE. One last thing using the address 1133 dies not work in navigation/ GPS. THE GPS around Toronto is really bad. We put in three different locations to visit and it did not take us o any of them. And trying to go back to are hotel from Niagra Falls took us two hours out of are way???. Over all the hotel is very nice, very new, very nice rooms ( wish they had a microwave in the rooms) And VERY CLEAN. Despite some problems we enjoyed are stay and will come back.
