I chose this hotel over other comparable options in the area primarily because they advertised having a pool and hot tub in the hotel. Upon check in, the clerk notified me that the pool was closed, which I could be understanding of as those things happen. When I walked by the pool, however, the water's shade of green made it obvious that it hadn't been open for quite a long time. More frustrating than that, I noticed that the hot tub was not simply closed, but had in fact been filled with concrete and permanently shut down. False advertising aside, my room smelled of mildew and all the clothes I packed had to be washed upon my leaving for the smell they picked up during my two night stay. The sink bowl in my room was cracked and while it wasn't leaking, having to notify the front desk (to avoid being blamed), then the next day being interrupted from my shower to let the maintenance man in to inspect it (only for him to tell me they were fully aware of the problem already), it was a nuisance I could have done without. There was only one large roach spotted in the room, which was impressive given the location, but I can't find much else positive to say about the experience over all aside from the check in person being pleasant. I will not be staying here again.
