It helps being brand new, but this place was clean, modern, with friendly staff. It was perfectly located for my needs (South Reno), with a an easy to access location. Being right next to the new Trader Joes was a plus.

The room was small for two people with two dogs. Very little to no adjustment on air. No fridge, just freezer. No microwave to defrost food for dogs. One small soap for two people for two days. One packet of regular coffee and one of decaffinated. Why?? Hair dryer didn't work.
