It was a very hot and busy weekend. Staff on duty went OVER and ABOVE to ensure our needs were met. I had a medical issue and the staff quickly stepped in to assist with ice, towels, etc. They continued to check in with my husband and were absolute BLESSINGS during my distress. We have stayed in this hotel previously and will continue to stay here when we visit Des Moines. THANK YOU! With the holiday, the housekeeping were not on staff we needed a few extra towels, a comb, bar of soap and TP. Just asked and it was an immediate "It'll be just a moment. " It literally was! So fast, So friendly, truly helpful, kind and wonderful staff!
