Booked this place to go see Gaga at the Kia forum. It was a 30min walk and worth it to get fresh air after the show. The rooms are nice and clean with comfy pillows and bed. The front desk staff is also very kind and helpful.

Pm Concierge was very rude and condescending, TV in the room did not work at all, fridge did not cool down. Valet was $55 and made us walk to our car on the other side of the hotel to pick it up.
