My daughter was very pleased with her stay. There was a bit of an issue when she tried to check in. There was no phone listed to call the hotel directly, so I talked to the one 800 number Hilton to make the reservation. The person I talked to did not put my daughter's name on the reservation. At first the desk clear would not allow my daughter to check in. It took about 15 minutes to straighten it out. The desk clerk was courteous and helpful in getting it straightened out.
