The hotel is more of a long term shelter rather than hotel. A lot of residence walking around, congregating and many pets. Not great for when you check into a hotel but works as a residential facility or apartment. The rooms are nonrefundable even when you have an issue there is no way to resolve issues. If your looking for a calm, safe, quiet, clean space this may not be the place for you. The workout machines in the gym don't work. The manager noticed a garbage mess in front of the room door and never came back or sent anyone to clean it up. I had to jump over the mess in order to avoid carrying the trash inside the room or it sticking on my shoes. When I called about cancelling the remaining days, it was never cancelled or noted in the system that I requested the cancellation. I wouldn't book again just for the nonrefundable policy. If you have an issue, you should not pay for days unused.

Reservation system down at check in and no ice machine on premises. The soda machine did not work, but allowed you to put credit card purchase information into it. The front desk person was amazing and apologetic.

Between trying to check in and having to walk around people smoking weed next to the front door, the lack of assistance for a disabled veteran to get suitcases upstairs ( was told it wasn't done there) no working washers or dryers or soda machines. It's not worth the cost u pay to stay there.
