When we checked into, the toilet was filthy (residue) and the bed sheets looked as though the bed had been hastily made. The fitted sheet was not taut and not tucked in. The pillow cases were very, very wrinkled. I reported these things to front desk and went out for food. Upon return, the issues had been rectified.

This stay would have been our second in less than 6 months. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to make the trip (car trouble/bad weather). I notified the hotel immediately and the refund request was denied. Instead a voucher for future use was issued. We had also purchased the refund coverage. I'm not sure I'd recommend this hotel.
