A last minute decision brought us to the Ocean Inn. Fortunately, a room was available. The location is close to the pier, within walking distance to restaurants and town. Even though the facility is being renovated, our room was very nice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

"Damp Room with Sunken Mattress."

This hotel is subpar for something that charges over $250/night. The room was constantly humid/damp unless the A/C was on 61 and constantly blowing. Then you would be freezing. The mattress was sunken in the middle when you laid on it and the sheets are cheap/scratchy. The room is dated and although we paid for a room with a residential balcony view, we ended up with a 1ft platform that over looked a very close house and gravel parking lot with a lot of cars/trucks, which added to the dumpy feel of this place. As a result, we didn't even stay the second night we checked out early. The only nice part is the location. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
