I was met by a lovely young lady on reception who not only took the time to explain why this venue was classed as an Express, but made sure I was fully informed about all the amenities. Once in the room, I was genuinely surprised by the size of both the room and the en suite, both of which were perfect for what I needed. They also kindly organised a taxi for me on request. I wiould definitely recommend the Wigan venue and its friendly, helpful team.

This is the best Holiday Inn I've stayed at yet (and I've stayed at quite a few). The customer service was fantastic, and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The rooms were a good size and well-maintained. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to friends and family.
