She immediately went out to put de icer in a spot in the parking lot, explained all the time extras well, took our picture in front of Christmas tree when asked, helped us while in the pool/hot tub. She was sincerely happy to help us and others we observed. I wish I had noted her name. Accommodations were good, great breakfast and outstanding service by this check in person. Thanks.

I couldn't ask for more. Everything was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast had everything you could want. I lost the key to the lock on my suitcase and the clerk got the necessary tools and cut my lock.
