The room I was supposed to have with a sleeper couch, It took three tries until, they finally got it right. It was so tiring going back and forth from 4th floor, then twice on second. They finally got it correct on the 3rd floor, by then I was worn out. Once I got settled it was ok. I must say I do love your hotel ,this was the only bad experience I've had. The lady at the front desk, was really nice, Halley I think that was her name. She also said that she was going to talk with someone regarding some honor points due the situation.
