Taxes and fees almost 100.00. Then was signed up for travel cancellation insurance that was not disclosed when booking room. Impossible to cancel. Room was basic. Would not stay there again for the price.

"Outstanding Service During a Difficult Time"

We were forced to evacuate during the Eaton fire and when we arrived at the hotel their power was out. Shiraz, the manager on duty, was there checking people in using his movbile hotspot to access the online reservations system and then helping people to their rooms with a flashlight. Once at the room he supplied candles, bottled water and made sure we were safe and as comfortable as possible. I watched him help several families in this way and was still there the next morning after power was restored making sure every guest was taken care of. I would stay here any time and recommend them to anyone else visiting the area.
