Jon at Front Desk was very patient answering our questions and gave us great tips that convinced us to book a reservation. Jon then gave us a room upgrade that exceeded our expectation. An added value that made my husband's birthday complete! With us visiting was also my BIL who had worked on the construction of the property and seeing the complete product from the lobby to the room and being able to enjoy the waterpark made an impression. Coming from The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, we know and understand service. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time!
