When I called for a reservation I specifically asked if I was dealing directly with the hotel. I was told yes, all calls go through this number. I made the reservation but called back to ask if I was given a AAA or AARP discount. Was told because reservation was already confirmed, no change could be made. Then once at the hotel the TV did not work. We were told by the front desk attendant that she didn't have a replacement or new batteries for the remote. A spare remote was eventually found but TV still didn't work. Was told because of the late hour service could not be called. TV could not be fixed the next day so we had to move to another room. When I asked about any compensation due the inconvenience, I was told nothing could be done because the reservation was made through a third party. This was very frustrating since you hired/work with this reservation company. I also found out that the reservation company charged me the same price for three nights that my brother paid for four nights. Very upsetting after a very stressful and emotional situation that prompted the stay at your hotel. These third party reservations should be required to identify themselves as such.

Welcome to the Hampton Inn in Leesburg, Florida. We are located along Hwy 441, just across the Lake Sumter Community College and about 1 mile south of Leesburg Regional Airport.Our hotel has 82 elegantly furnished guest rooms with amenities only found on luxurious properties. Present in each room is a 55" high-definition LCD TV with complimentary premium movie channel. A microwave and mini refrigerator is also provided along a coffee maker; iron and board; hair dryer; ergonomic work desk and Hampton's Cloud 9 bedding collection. A wireless high-speed Internet access is also available free of charge.A hot breakfast is served each morning. To stay in shape, our 24-hour fitness center featuring Precor gym equipment is available to all our guests. We also have a large outdoor pool perfect for that weekend family getaway. For your office needs, our business center with workstations and printer will surely come in handy. Finally, located from a walking distance to the hotel are fine restaurants which include Ruby Tuesdays, Outback Steakhouse and Cracker Barrel.Come and experience Lake County's best hotel!
