The Comfort Suites has just completed a major renovation and it shows. An atrium style lobby is just inside the front door. I was immediately welcomed upon entering. The eighty rooms property, offers a business center, fitness center and indoor pool. There is a large breakfast room off of the lobby the offers coffee service throughout the day and a complimentary hot breakfast each morning. The guestrooms are spacious with cathedral ceiling, microwaves and refrigerators. Flat screen TVS, work desks, bathroom amenities and separate seating areas all further enhance the guest experience. They are located just off the highway and within a mile of a large shopping mall and countless other restaurants and stores. The recent property renovation only further enhances the value of this three star property.

My son and I were traveling home from a funeral and arrived just after midnight. Once we were let in, the Hotel receptionist was on the phone trying to get payment for a guest that was not 'logged in' for almost 10 minutes while we stood there waiting to check in. Once checked in, we took the elevator and it had an over whelming smoke smell. Our room had red stain marks (looked like blood) on two areas on the carpet, stains on the sheets, the toilet holder was broken, the hairdryer did not work and the 'silent' bathroom vent fan did not vent at all. When I tried to contact the front desk, our phone did not work. I went to the desk and stated our sheets were blood stained, she did not apologize, just gave me sheets and said I would need to changed them because she is the only one there. No offer for a different room, nothing. The pool was also closed, for repairs/maintenance. The breakfast was good, but that is the only thing that was positive about this stay. VERY disappointed and would not recommend staying here.
