Property Description

We're off I-8, in the heart of Yuma's Historic Downtown. The Colorado River State Historic Park is a half-mile away and Yuma Palms Regional Center – home to bars, restaurants, and shopping - is a 10 minute drive. Yuma international airport is five miles from our door. Enjoy free WiFi, our outdoor pool, and Spin2Cycle fitness center. Pets are welcome.

Green Sustainability

We recycle and turn off all lights when storage rooms and offices are not in use. We participate in the Clean the World program. It focuses on recycling soap and plastic bottles to reduce waste and improve hygiene in communities worldwide.
