I never stayed at this property, unknown to me I'd booked the hotel through a third party called hotel planner and when our plans changed I cancelled the reservation direct to the hotel, but I didn't realize nor did the hotel tell me the first time I called that the cancellation was not passed to hotel planners, so they kept sending me reservation reminders and charged me for the first night. After I called the hotel again, they finally said that I needed to cancel with the hotel planners. By that point I did not have their number any longer and the hotel found it difficult to verify their number. Do not stay at this place unless you are certain that you are booking direct with their reservation desk. Horrible experience!
