Pleasurable 7 night stay! The staff all went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodate all of my needs. The breakfast is superb, a delight to start long medical days with. I enjoyed this property very much. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location, easy walk to the Delta Center and restaurants/bars along the way. The room was large and fresh! Great place to stay.

Rooms had plenty of sleep space. Clean and maintained decently. Great indoor pool and spa temperatures were perfect, it was very clean and maintained. Breakfast has a good selection and met expectations. Overall, great place for families.

MY HOTEL STAY WAS AWSOME. YOUR DAY TIME STAFF AND YOUR NIGHT TIME STAFF WERE SUPER ATTENTIVE. THEY SUGGESTED PLACES FOR ME WHERE I COULD GO EAT, THEY EXPLAINED TO ME WHERE CONVENTION CENTER WAS. OVERALL A VERY NICE STAY. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE AT ALL TIMES. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO STAY THERE AGAIN IF EVER IN THE SALT LAKE CITY AREA. THANK YOU AGAIN and KUDOS TO YOUR STAFF. "Wonderful place to stay near Primary Children's Hospital"

We had an unbelievably great experience at this hotel. We were there to take our infant for surgery at Primary Children's and we could not be more appreciative of the staff and the overall experience. Not only is the facility clean and beautiful, the pool was fun for our toddler and the breakfast phenomenal. But we also had an issue with the Uber driver we requested to take me and our infant to the hospital so my husband could stay with our toddler and let her sleep. He cancelled on us when he was 10 minutes late. I was super panicked and the gentleman behind the desk stepped in to help us, ordering a LYFT for us to get us to the hospital. That kindness and service was above and beyond anything I would have ever expected and it made our already amazing experience even more incredible. I'm so grateful we found this hotel and were able to stay there. I guarantee that is where we will be coming if we have any follow up surgeries down the road.  I cannot thank the staff enough. I would like the world to know, especially all parents coming to Primary Children's, of this hotel.  Thank you for making a hard and scary experience easier and better than it would have been without our stay at this hotel and the kindnesses shown our family.

Completely renovated in 2008 you will enjoy modern décor at a reasonable price. All rooms are oversized including microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers, ironing boards/irons, hair dryers, guest controlled thermostats, AM/FM clock radios, work desks, voice mail, 3 phones, 2 line capability, and are all considered junior suites. A Free Hot Breakfast is available to guests each morning that includes eggs, meats (sausage or bacon), fresh fruit, main dishes that change daily, juices, cereals, coffee, breads, and yogurts. A heated in-door pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and workout facility are available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM for relaxation and fun for the whole family. Located in down town Salt Lake City, we are a perfect choice for ski trips, convention groups, family reunions, school groups or individual travelers. Public light rail systems are available only 2 blocks away that provide free transportation in the down town area. Public ski resort transportation picks up/drops off in front of our hotel daily. Jacuzzi suites and packages are available for a romantic get-a-way. Ample meeting space is available for parties and meetings; discounts are available based on volume of sleeping rooms. On site catering with a wide range of menu choices makes your meeting planning a breeze.
