I was in need of a low priced hotel as I missed my flight in Pensacola in the middle of the night. This hotel is inhabitable. The shower looks like it had never been clean, the shower handle was completly broken and was dangling off the wall and the shower was leaking. There was underwear from a previous customer, a hole in the wall and the deadlock was completly broken off the door. There were people yelling in the middle of the night as I did not sleep a wink. I was not going to call management in the middle of the night to get any of these issue fixed as I needed to sleep for a couple of hours and get back to the airport. This hotel needs to be reported. I will never return again. I would honestly like my money back because I am very traumatized as well as the other guest that were with me.

well where do I start? this hotel had the nerve to ask for $100 incident deposit! get to the room smells terrible floors are sticky bathroom door has mildew on bottom remote didn't work went to call front desk there was a phone but no phone cord so I had to walk back to the front office I took pictures base board just coming off the wall they need to bull doze that place!
