Hello there! I just had to take a moment to reach out and share how absolutely blown away my mother, Kathy Nickerson and I were by our recent stay. We usually find ourselves at the Edgewater Beach Resort when we're in Panama City Beach, but this time, the fact that your facility is so wonderfully dog friendly completely captured our hearts and swayed our decision! And honestly, we couldn't be happier that we chose you. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we'd made the right choice. We had such a fantastic time and a huge part of that was undoubtedly thanks to your incredible team. While everyone was lovely, I really wanted to shine a spotlight on a few standout individuals who truly made our visit unforgettable. In the dining areas, Carlos, Madison, Howard and David were simply phenomenal. And at the breakfast buffet, Shenia, Nemia and JJ went above and beyond to make sure every morning started perfectly. Each one of them didn't just do their job; they brought such warmth, professionalism and genuine care to every interaction, making both my mom and me feel incredibly welcomed and looked I actually had the pleasure of mentioning their fantastic service to one of your managers during our stay, but I felt it was important to reiterate just how much their efforts resonated with us.
