I got a hotel room for five days for friends with two babies until their Apartment move in date arrived on 2/17/2025. This couple was stereotyped because of how they looked and were confronted by staff for eating food in the continental breakfast. staff said they took "too many" packets of oatmeal in the continental breakfast (they took two packets). Since I paid for the room Management had my friend call me and ask me to come to the hotel so they could take a copy of my driver's license and the credit card I paid for their room. The Sleep Inn has racially or socioeconomically profiled this couple. When you boil it down, it's discrimination. We will never go to the Sleep Inn again in Billings, MT.
