This charming historic residence, owned by the Guasparini family and now transformed into a charming multi-building hotel, is a perfect place for a stay, a wedding location, and events. In an enviable position in the heart of Garfagnana (between Alpi Apuane and Appennino Tosco-Emiliano .. near to Lucca-Tuscany) , it will allow you to plan excursions and visits to some of the most beautiful places in the area such as Lucca, Pisa , Florence and Cinque Terre. In 2020, work began on the regeneration of the complex to transform it today into a multi-building hotel and period residence. We point out, the small museum, inside the main tower, set up thanks to the ceramic finds uncovered during the excavation campaigns carried out by the local archaeological group. Our scattered hotel offers a total of 5 rooms/suites : 2 double rooms and 3 suites for 10+6 guests. Thanks to a major redevelopment project just completed, we have created rooms and suites very suggestive not only for the charm of the place, but also for the attention to details such as antique furniture (the antique tables in the suites, the piano and the ancient walled safe present in the living room), the precious crystal chandeliers, the Calacatta gold marble bathrooms of our Apuan Alps . The decor and colors of the rooms are all different and characterize each room making it a unique experience . In addition to this, the name of the lodgings is also a strong reference to the history and the House of Este : Duke Niccolò, Duke Ercole, Duke Leonello and Duke Alfonso . In this fairytale location, surrounded by greenery, you can celebrate private and intimate weddings (with a civil ceremony). Outside, the garden offers ample space and charming corners, while inside the rooms are very intimate and cozy. We can offer a complete package: an exclusive location reserved for you, including accommodation for the newlyweds and their relatives, a high-quality wedding reception featuring the best of our region's food and wine traditions, and a photography service.
