"Unclean rooms, poor customer service."

When we first arrived everything was very dusty even the alarm clock. The room was not fully stocked. We had a room with two queen beds, so you would think there would be enough supplies for four people, but there was only two wash rags, three body towels, and two hand towels. There was mold on the shower curtain and a used bandaid in the shower that my daughter found. My daughter wrote a note to housekeeping and left the bandaid by the note, so they could see what she found in the shower. There was only three pillows on the beds. Under the toliet rim it was completely black from not being cleaned right for quite awhile. When housekeeping removed the dirty towels they did not restock the room then, but came back several hours later and when they gave us towels they gave us enough for two people when they could clearly see there were four occupants in the room. When my daughters boyfriend went up to ask for five towels and wash rags the next morning so we would not have to bother the staff anymore. The front desk reply was we can't do that and only give him two of each and when my daughter asked for more pillows they could only supply one more pillow. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone I knew. I have stayed at several hotels over the years and I believe this was one of the worst for the amount of money it cost. When we were down getting breakfast the front desk had ear phones in listening to music and customers was needing help with the waffle iron and my daughter had to help them. Just very poor service and not very friendly.
