The room was very clean with everything provided: fridge, microwave, robe, hairdryer, coffee and tea with china mugs, comfortable beds. I needed to change rooms after I arrived and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The food in the lounge and bar was excellent. The Water Park is delightful for families.

Sparsh, who checked me in, provided a map to help me get to my N21 meeting in the southwest corner of the city. The room was huge and clean, good coffee, I made use of the fridge. parking was available without problems. The beef dip meal in the lounge was very good, the beef was tender and melted in my mouth, dip was delicious. Myrna(?) gave me good service with a smile. The check out ladies at the front desk were friendly and gave me a nice send off with smiles.

Full services accommodating conferences, weddings, and other special events are also available.The Hotel features a full service facilities including, skyharbour grill, Jetz Bar and Lounge and Waves Water Park offering more than 8000 sq ft of fun!
