Front desk clerk is blunt short with guests. Acted as though he could careless about how he treated guest. He is not a good fit for the position, the second person with him I would guess is above him and yet he couldn't nor wouldn't step up to make the guest experience a higher priority than his co worker did. This is a budget hotel that treats people like they could careless about a guest. First and last stay scale of one to five three loser hotel.
