We stayed at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel and Trade Center as part of the New England Fishing Expo and we were amazed at the wonderful food and exemplary service each morning. When your day starts with friendly smiles and savory breakfast offerings, you know it will be a great day! We should mention that the dining room staff members, Galena and Arta, are some of the nicest folks to have serving the public. Both of them were so very kind and helpful. We cannot wait to go back to the hotel next year at this time, to see them again and enjoy a wonderful complimentary breakfast. The food is great and so are the dining room staff!

I bought a refundable hotel, as we had a lot going on and knew we might have to cancel, I told the person we might need to cancel in the next hour, she convinced me to pay and buy the refundable as it was a busy week with graduations. I did, called back less then an hour later to cancel and they would not cancel and told me there were all these caveats to the refundable purchase which she had not told me about. She told me no less than 4x that it was 100% refundable, I said I would not give my credit card unless she assured me it was, she did. Now I am disputing the 800 dollar charge. What a joke, I will be telling every human I know to NEVER stay at a best western and they are just trying to get your money.
