- Pets Allowed Policy: All pets on the property ar subjects to the following: There will be a $15 per night , per pet fee charged to your bill. All pets must be registered with the front desk. Your pet must be 20lbs or smaller. Pets on leashes must be accompanied by their owner. In all common areas your pet must be on a leash or in a pet carrier. If left alone in your room your pet must be in a pet carrier or kennel. Pets must be contained to a kennel, pet carrier or leash for housekeeping to service your room. You must clean up after your pet. Messes left behind by your pet may be subject to further fees. We ask that your pet dones not join you for breakfast in the breakfast area.
