Upon arriving the outside parking lights were like strobe light. not working. Front desk person said our room number out loud three times, when people were standing right behind us. Check in process took way too long No itemized receipt at check in. No breakdown of the taxes and fees. No number to the front desk in room, no instructions for the TV. Pillows were horrible. Bad caulk job in sink. Lines still had all the tags on them..very tacky looking.
