From the time I arrived to date of departure the staff was friendly and professional. My room was clean and I would definitely book again in the future. I would recommend this hotel as eateries are nearby and convenient. The sign for Best Western should be bigger and brighter as at night it's hard to see and you could miss your turn if not paying attention. Thank you it was a nice visit to Olean.
