Quiet and easy to navigate and get to Eureka, highway, etc. Best of all is the sun comes out here when fog covers everybody else. Plus it's usually 10 degrees warmer than the coast and 30 degrees cooler than the hills.
We came to visit the Redwoods and just loved it.
Appropriately accommodating
There is a very good Italian restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.
Didn't get to travel through the town. Bella Pasta was good food. Was close to Ferndale, where our grandson was.
Close to redwoods, ocean, museums, and great restaurants.
