BECKY WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. She make our stay of good memories because my Grandson got married on Sat Aug 30TH.Becky was so heartwarming and helpful. She went over and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I would recommend this hotel family and friends. Matter of fact I told my brother how nice it was to stay there and they ended up booking a room. There name is Sandy and Rodrick Escolta. Thank thank you for our wonderful stay.

Your staff was very nice and helpful, the first room we were given was still dirty and we arrived after five pm, the next room was okay but had a strong smell of cleaner or disinfectant. The breakfast was good and plenty, the outside of the hotel was ghetto the fountain was over grown with moss and not running, there was refrigerators sitting outside and the grounds were untidy. I would not stay again and we travel and use holiday inn express often. We were disappointed in the quality of the hotel.

We were given a room that had not been cleaned, they corrected the problem and gave us a new room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were not cared for.
