Your staff was very nice and helpful, the first room we were given was still dirty and we arrived after five pm, the next room was okay but had a strong smell of cleaner or disinfectant. The breakfast was good and plenty, the outside of the hotel was ghetto the fountain was over grown with moss and not running, there was refrigerators sitting outside and the grounds were untidy. I would not stay again and we travel and use holiday inn express often. We were disappointed in the quality of the hotel.

We were given a room that had not been cleaned, they corrected the problem and gave us a new room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were not cared for.

Never book through am app they lie to you. I asked if I was speaking directly to the hotel and they said yes then charged me $75 more than the hotel charges.

Great welcome, clean hotel. I needed room last minute and they came through. I would first like to recognize Becky at the front desk, who was extremely nice and helpful making sure my family and I had a room for our last minute needs. To top it off once she made us welcome as I came in she was making the lobby smell fresh and clean as she was cleaning the floor. I look forward to future stays at the hotel, customer service wins me every time.
