Jackie is wonderful help at PHX 27 av location. The bed was aweful! On 3rd day there was hot water for tea in lobby. Hmm. Glad a guest put out a fire in a plant.. apparently a frequent occurance due to smokers.. how about a tower that folks can drop cigs into vs plants.Also the vent in the bathroom was dangling.. again Jackie at front desk is a gem! Thoughtful thorough and delightful!stayed June 13, 14 and 15 2022 Marilyn Goebel.

Cigarette burns in the floors/bed. Bathtub was dirty. Not a bad location for my needs, though. Will look for different accommodations in the future.

Room spelled like mold. Glad it was cheap. if I paid their price, it would have been $150.09 a night.
