This hotel is extremely dirty. Curtains are ripped up and have holes in them. They also have numerous stains and what appears to be mold on them. Window was unlocked and screen is torn, like someone comes in and out of the window! Urine caked all over the toilet. Blood spatter in wall in bathroom and all down the front of the tub. Floors are badly stained and have food crumbs throughout and a bottle cap in the corner. All surfaces are very dusty. Front desk staff are professional and understanding.

I highly recommend this hotel. My only negative is this the booking company charged us the $25 pet fee. The hotel said they never get the pet fees and we paid them an additional $25. My husband showed the hotel that the booking company charged our card for the $25 pet fee. It also showed their $25 charge to our credit card. The hotel would not refund it and said we had to deal with the booking company. I think it's a scam the booking company keeps an extra $25. Ripoff. Hope they will take care of this for us. I'll be calling them soon. I do think,however, that the hotel should have refunded the fee and straightened it out with the booking company.
