I really enjoyed staying at this Hotel, I really appreciate that the staff was well dressed and very nice and so helpful, I also appreciated that the Hotel was very well kept clean and fresh, also the rooms are very nice and kept clean as well very modern look witch I liked very much it looks fairly new,and the waiting and dinning area is comfortable and modern,i liked very much that they offer free lunch or breakfast for kids with the purchase of an adult meal,i just wish their serving portions were more generous! However over all my stay was very relaxing and again I appreciated all the help from the staff! :).

"Rooms Were Disgustingly Dirty!"

Upon entering our room in the first couple of minutes, I notice the bedding did not appear clean and saw hair on top of the bedspread. When I removed the bedspread back, there was more hair. This bedding was not changed from the last customer and we checked the other bed which also had hair. My sister and I requested another room immediately. The second room was also in the same condition and the bathroom did not seem to be clean. A pubic hair was on the toilet seat. We were so exhausted from our 15 hour drive to Longbeach we did not want to move again. This all occurred within the first 15 minutes. So management changed the bedding in front of us and we sanitized the bathroom ourselves. The staff was very attentive, courteous and they were just the best! The housekeeping on the other hand needs work.

Property Description

Relax in one of our well apponted rooms. Each room comes equiped with hair dryer, coffee station, iron w/ironing board, color TV with cable, and free high speed wireless internet. We also offer an outdoor pool and spa, 24 hour fitness center, and an our on-site restaraunt open for breakfast and dinner. Our complimentary seven passenger van will travel anywhere within a three mile radiius of the hotel for drop off and pick up of the guests. The shuttle hours are from 6:30am to 10:30pm.
