Stayed for four nights in August. Location superb walking distance of all major sightseeing, minutes from the subway at Central Station which has an excellent LIRR to JFK for $5! Great air con, bed very comfortable, lovely shower, no noise! Room was a little old fashioned liked it, my taste. Good food downstairs and next door. Staff fabulous. Each time we walked out of the lift we got “hi's” all round from reception staff. Is it possible to better this property? Wouldn't stay anywhere else recommend without hesitation. Well done Fitzpatricks! 😀😀.

The Fitzpatrick Grand Central Hotel is a deluxe 4-star hotel with 155 rooms and suites located on New York's fashionable East Side, The hotel was recently renovated, with upgrades to the lobby area and all guest rooms, including the addition of smart tv's and new pillow top mattresses in all rooms. Wireless service is available throughout the hotel at a nominal charge. Part of New York's only Irish-owned hotel group, the Fitzpatrick Grand Central is home to the Wheeltapper Pub and Patio, an authentic Irish gastro pub with 2,200 square foot outdoor dining and drinking space. The hotel also features a boardroom able to host meetings for up to 18 people.
