The Location was great and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, no housekeeping was done on room during our two night stay (towels, cleanup, etc.). The room itself had a mattress that was uncomfortable and TV service that was just the basic channels. The pricing is a bit of bait and switch since the advertised price does not include all the added fees the price escalated from around $350 to just short of $500 per day for a weekend stay.

"Magical Stay!"

This hotel's vibes are so much fun and the staff was INCREDIBLY kind, helpful and welcoming! We loved the exposed brick and the giant mirror in the room, it felt like an apartment bedroom more than a hotel room. Will absolutely stay here again, highly recommend!

Best value location and style. In 2013 the inn was expanded to 116 rooms and all 116 rooms renovated. The new hotel design offers classic modernism with a minimalist flair accented with the latest high technology amenities. Free wireless internet and free local phone calls. The Harborside Inn is a European-style boutique hotel within a historical Bostonian fa ade. Best location for dining nightlife shopping and sight seeing. Walking distance landmarks and activities include the Freedom Trail New England Aquarium the Downtown Crossing Shopping District the Garden Sports Arena/Concert Hall Boston Harbor Cruises Financial District and the North End Little Italy.
