Our room was clean and well kept. Most of the staff was very helpful and courteous. We would really like to recognize Devon who helped us on the night we arrived by carrying all our luggage up to our room because there were no elevators .
The hotel was clean. The staff friendly. The location great. So good to start your day with breakfast.
This location is really nice! The lobby and breakfast areas are very nice. The room was very clean and well kept with plenty of space within. The patio door was a plus since the room doors are internal and moving luggage using the patio is a big plus! Breakfast was really good and the staff took care to see that food and drinks were well stocked and the tables had placards to indicate whether or not they had been cleaned after use. The staff cleaned the tables very quickly after a guest left it and there was plenty of seating available at all times. Great place to stay when visiting Newport!
Great location, very clean, comfortable beds, wonderful staff, access to hot tea and coffee 24/7. Just book it! Wonderful Hotel.
