Stayed here prior to our cruise and love this hotel. We arrived late at night and exhausted after a long day of travel, yet welcomed by a sweet, soft spoken man, Alejandro. He immediately settled us into relaxation mode. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable! We had a beautiful view of the bay and the cruise ships from the 27th floor. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating from The concierge to the restaurant hostess. Would definitely stay here again.

Once again we stayed at the International Miami pre cruise and it was excellent. Conveniently located to the port with plenty of good food nearby. Harbor view rooms provide an early glimpse of your preferred ship.

Very good, only complaint is the first hour in the hotel we spent waiting for someone to fix our TV when we wanted to just chill for a bit had to call four times to get someone to actually come. So sitting for an hour in silence was not ideal. Otherwise wonderful stay here.
